Pros
Working at BaubleBar has been such a great experience. This company is filled with amazing individuals working so diligently to bring its vision to life. The work environment at BaubleBar is the true spirit of a team and I am very happy to be a part of it. Work/life balance at BaubleBar is a breeze. I have time for myself and feel like I can actually have a life outside of work. It makes going to work each day so much easier and I find myself much more energized for the week. I see great things for the future of this company and I am excited to see it grow!
Cons
Cons of working at BaubleBar are simply minimal. I've worked at some some pretty huge NYC startups and I have put up with a lot! In comparison, BaubleBar is fantastic. The one thing that I can say is that there isn't a lot of growth potential for my particular position.
