Pros
BaubleBar is a forward-thinking company filled with smart and genuinely good people. I learn from my coworkers daily - probably hourly, actually. We're growing but still feel like a startup - which has (of course) cons, but many more pros. Pros = the job never gets boring, you're constantly challenged, and your voice truly contributes to change. I never look at the clock, and when I do, it's about time to leave. We celebrate just about everything and there's tons of personality around the office, which keeps things exciting and fun. Everyone loves what they do and loves jewelry (even the guys!), so we have that common bond.
Cons
Sometimes disorganized, so you have to figure out your own system of organization (which isn't a bad thing), and be willing to adapt quickly.
