Pros
Friendly yet professional staff providing for a comfortable and happy work environment full of music and laughs. Full of room for growth which provides for an excellent team oriented environment between all departments. Brilliant current staff and new hires to help BaubleBar grow significantly and efficiently. Full of challenges with excellent but not controlling or overbearing leadership.
Cons
Not exactly a con but more of a difficulty or challenge is learning the young companies environment to better meet today's needs as well as the future's aspirations.
