Pros

Perks of your occasional breakfast, lunch, birthdays, events etc are always a pro. Most importantly, this company cares about your career growth and building your experience to become a stronger leader.

Cons

It can feel a bit disorganized at times but it is a startup! If you're not use to a fast paced environment and limited resources, then start ups are not suitable for you.
