Pros
As the teams are small, it is easy to have a large impact on what actually goes on in company. As someone who was just starting out in the workforce this experience was invaluable. I will say that having this place on your resume looks really impressive to future employers who have no idea what actually goes on on in the inside. Use this to your advantage and work here for no more than a year- get the hell out of dodge.
Cons
With the above stated, it was truly a sink or swim environment. HR needs to get people who are supposed to be managers actual management skills. There was a lot of unprofessional behavior and generally intolerable working conditions as far as workplace relationships were concerned. I would go so far as to say that there is workplace bullying- and HR is completely useless. You will get paid dirt and will be expected to essentially work your life away. There is very little room for growth and the culture is virtually non-existent, though they will try to tell you that the culture is "zany" or "fun". It's not. Walking out of BaubleBar for the last time was one of the most gratifying moments of my life.
