Constantly shifting management structure, total lack of procedural structure or any sort of guidance. Nepotism rules the day. Management has no line to reality. Be prepared to always be given a list of things you did wrong, no matter how successful you may be. Supporting data for any decision does not matter. In two years, there were 6 company structure changes, each with a different set of managers put in place. Out of about 55 total company employees, in two years, 37 people came and went. This is not a stable organization.
