Family run. Very focused on employees. Lots of flexibility as long as you’re getting the work done. Company is growing. Many employees that leave end up coming back.

Challenging work but rewarding at the end of the day.

Flexible work environment, good amount of freedom to set work hrs. Fully climate-controlled workspace.

Lack of involvement by floor technicians in decision making, all come from the top down. Customers called to see their machines before they are fully tested. Constant Push from management to rush product competition, causes excessive overtime and failures. They hire too many people without the proper experience or work ethic. Too many spend more time on their phones than work. Recently pushed Bonus Goal out by 5% thus making it nearly impossible to attain.
