      Pros

      A lot of benefits, very family oriented. Work environment is nice. Processes are well managed and distributed. You learn something new everyday. A lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is not great primarily of supervision jobs. Some benefits are not immediate. Very demanding job due to constant audits.
