Pros
It's a wonderful company as far as security and business the company is engaged in saving and sustaining lives.
Cons
There is always shortage of resources. Work for 2 or 3 people usually falls on one person. The pay almost never matches to the job entailed as well as it's impossible to get a raise in pay where it will match a promotion received. Usually promotion means more work and same pay.
