      Good team and manager who always support you. Good job training processes. They value employees development/career growth. Promotion is good and fast if you have excellent performance.

      Cons

      Compensation is still not competitive compared to other pharm companies but can request for salary review. (Then, become competitive after the review/getting promoted)

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
