Pros
The people who work here are great! It is a very good environment to work in. The energy coming from the others really do resonate and induces one to be much more friendly and outgoing.
Cons
The staffing choices are very poor. Although I work hard and do a very good job, I do not feel any sense of fulfillment in my work. It is very difficult to work your way out of a unhappy position when you start from the bottom, and I feel you have to be sneaky about it.
