Pros

Baxter is a company with core mission and vision - Save and Sustain lives With Ethics and Compliance in Everything we do. This powerful philosophy keeps us to work for a company where you can relate the purpose of work strongly. A highly flexible and open culture builds up to organization’s strength.

Cons

With a positive and change mindset, though there have been different functional silos (as like any organization of this scale), active steps are taken to adapt to changing market and industry needs

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. Your title made us smile, and we absolutely loved your comments referencing our mission. No matter your role, your work at Baxter makes a positive impact on people around the world and we definitely feel a sense of pride knowing our work improves the lives of millions. Your point regarding organisational silos is fair and can occur, and we are working with our managers to ensure we continue a culture of free-flowing information focusing on cooperation, communication, and collaboration to prevent these from rising. Thank you so much again for the feedback. # ThisIsWhere we are grateful.

Pros

Remote Flexibility: The ability to work remotely was a massive benefit, allowing for great autonomy, daily independence, and the ability to focus entirely on deliverables without distraction. Product Portfolio: Working here provides excellent exposure to complex matrix operations,

Cons

Workplace Culture: The internal team environment can be highly toxic, fragmented, and lacking in genuine support or positive morale. There is an over-rotation on pointing out negativity rather than fostering constructive or collaborative growth. Management Style: There is a noticeable disconnect in leadership, with heavy systemic pressure and a cultural noise that can be difficult to navigate if you are not isolated from the main hubs. The level of micromanagement is exceptionally high, which stifles individual autonomy. Furthermore, cross-border or cross-functional communication with team members in other countries is heavily restricted and actively frowned upon, creating unnecessary operational silos.
