      very good brand image of the brands Welch Allyn and Hillrom

      Cons

      Very poor senior management. They simply do't understand the medical devices business. There is no respect for good performance and good experience.

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
