Long established business, friendly coworkers, clear role in industry, and reliable customer contracts. Aside from the time-tested business model, the people here make it a great place to work. I've never seen a group of people work so well together.

Cons

Customers can be very demanding, leadership and sales bend over backwards to please them

Huge upside if able to build a pipeline and close. CEO is excellent and doesn't act out of panic.

Cons

Difficult market, niche and hard to break through the noise. The company is largely forced to go whale hunting as deals are few and far between.
