I am sorry your did not have a good experience here. Our AR Team is a great group of dedicated professionals, whom we value. We have worked hard over the past couple of years to improve the processes and technology for the team. The supervisor of the team was promoted from within. Training has been a priority for the team, especially over the past 6 months. The experience that you describe is not what we want for any employee at Bay.
