      Pros

      At Bay Cities serious work is accomplished in a fun atmosphere. Management is approachable and listens to the employees. Since Bay Cities is an (ESOP) company, "Employee Stock Ownership Plan", we are all owners in controlling our own success and destiny.

      Cons

      The days are to short and the time flies by as we are so busy satisfying our Clients.
