Its a fast paced environment which keeps things from getting boring, and you learn how to stay organized under pressure.

One downside is that your role is pretty limited to your desk. Even if you want to be more hands-on or help out on the floor, you usually can’t—you’re expected to stay in your CSR role, which can feel restricting.
