Pros
The company has decent benefits package and educational opportunities. It is a large corporation with numerous hospitals and opportunities for advancement if you have the right certifications/qualifications.
Cons
There's a lot of documentation, esp. on the Medicare admissions, so I ended up working a lot on my own time at home to get it completed. There is a large turnover rate with the Home Health Nurses, which can be taken as an indication of the workload.
