Pros
- some great people to work with - pay is good before taxes and deductions - really enjoyed the job - good hours
Cons
- management was iffy, only around when things got bad and didn't really feel supportive - deductions felt overwhelming when you have to pay healthcare for partner and dependants - no opportunity to get more sick time, unrealistic sick time with children, especially during covid.
