Really enjoyed it - Staff RN BayCare Health System Employee Review

Worked as a RN. Went as a traveler and stayed. My unit was well supported, the CN3's were supportive and weren't afraid to get their hands dirty. Same for unit managers. Corporate was as good as any of them and bettter than most. They seemed to care, which can be hard to find these days. Pay is fair and willing to pay extra for those really critical shifts. I recommend them all the time and will continue. Self-scheduling. Great seasonal program for those wanting to travel!
