Pros
You have a lot of room to grow, it is low pressure, the people are very nice and generally good people.
Cons
Leadership, including executive leadership, is completely lost. No technical knowledge and very disconnected from modern business practices (both technical and non-technical). Also very weird to require a dress code for remote employees... and a lot of emphasis on turning cameras on which I guess I get but still.
