It was ok - Guest Services Specialist BayCare Health System Employee Review

Considering it’s guest services and not a clinical position everyone thought we were idiots. The majority of clinical staff were so rude to us. They all treated us like idiots while simultaneously expecting us to know as much about healthcare as they did. Every department was eager to use us for their errands but no one EVER recognized us. They all think we’re volunteers, too. We were the only department to not be celebrated when we practically kept the show running!!
