Pros
Great outward look of company. Most think its fantastic from the outside, so they have a good reputation for now. SBA is the best around
Cons
complete mgt team (all but 1) are in over their heads - amateur hour. People that managed 2-3 people somehow given massive responsibilities and they have no clue how to do the job and make decisions that they know nothing about- its embarrassing that they actually empowered LO and that they were even hired to fulfill those positions, from top to bottom of mortgage division. . I guess corporate wont catch on until they lose every good employee they have. Its a real shame.
