I've worked here for almost three years, and it's truly a great company to work for! There are many pros: upper management has an open door policy and is transparent, everyone is friendly and willing to lend a hand, there is a lot of promoting from within, annual performance reviews, excellent benefits that continue to expand (like student loan assistance, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, etc.), remote work flexibility, lots of employee recognition programs, and the bank, as a whole, is flourishing. Personally, I have been promoted twice, and my team is wonderful. If you work hard, you can definitely make a successful career path for yourself because the company also wants that for you.
