Great work life balance, 3 weeks of vacation per year + 5 days of personal holidays + 1 week for Christmas, 10% 401k match, $550 contributed towards HSA each year,

The stock and cash flow has been wildly unstable for a few years. Bonuses have had wild swings.

Team members were wonderful, very talented and easy to work with. This was a new team being created and we all worked really hard to help

Promoting inexperienced people to positions they're not ready for, causing poor team morale and toxic work environment. Severe gap in senior leadership being held accountable for poor management, even with constant feedback from the whole team expressing their frustrations and concerns.
