      Benefits, products, salary, opportunity to move into new opportunities on a regular basis. Company is a global company with household brands.

      Cons

      Management style is very old school. Most decisions are made in Germany and their leadership style is very stiff. If you would like to move into senior management roles then a stint in Germany is needed, in most cases.

      The stock and cash flow has been wildly unstable for a few years. Bonuses have had wild swings.
