      Pros

      Good Compensation, benefits and educational opportunities. I was able to complete my MBA through on site classes with excellent professors.

      Cons

      I was supporting IT applications for research laboratories and Bayer moved all Pharmaceutical research to Germany. The job was eliminated and the research facilities were sold to Yale.

      Great work life balance, 3 weeks of vacation per year + 5 days of personal holidays + 1 week for Christmas, 10% 401k match, $550 contributed towards HSA each year,

      Cons

      The stock and cash flow has been wildly unstable for a few years. Bonuses have had wild swings.
