      Good company and great benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of response from TA to outsider recruiters or prospective employees. I had a colleague that applied for a position through a third party, and the third party never heard back from Bayer on a decision. By the time they did respond to the third party, it was too late.

      Great work life balance, 3 weeks of vacation per year + 5 days of personal holidays + 1 week for Christmas, 10% 401k match, $550 contributed towards HSA each year,

      Cons

      The stock and cash flow has been wildly unstable for a few years. Bonuses have had wild swings.
