Pros

People strategy and the importance of hiring and retaining the people who drive the business and keep Bayer competitive while supporting the companies license to operate. Employees here are very passionate about what they do and why they work for Bayer. Employees tend to remain with the company for at least 10+ years, through mergers, acquisitions, etc., the people remain and love working for this company

Cons

As of recent, the company has gone through a migration that has been managed in a way dissimilar to how they typically manage changes with this type of heavy weight to them. It has been very disruptive and not focused so much on the people aspect but more about driving business and making our numbers. Newer managers have been hired who don't have the longevity with the company and don't know how importance it is to be people focused and have missed true listening opportunities to suite their more immediate needs to end up back tracking months down the line.
