Pros
Decent pay, great benefits long term (401k and yearly raises), and internal opportunities.
Cons
Poor communication with contractors, contractors are 2nd rate employees (get paid less and have no benefits but work the same positions and times, and they didn't tell me which shift I was going to work until a week into training (got assigned to the night shift with no communication).
