      Great salary, benefits and colleagues

      Cons

      Too many bad decisions by CEO and subsequent fall out on employees and entire sites being laid off or closed down. Historic reputation for reorganization and laying off 1/4+ of staff and constant offering Retirement Severance to employees who fit the age and years of service criteria. A lot of long time colleagues with PTSD from going through it.

      Great work life balance, 3 weeks of vacation per year + 5 days of personal holidays + 1 week for Christmas, 10% 401k match, $550 contributed towards HSA each year,

      The stock and cash flow has been wildly unstable for a few years. Bonuses have had wild swings.
