Pros
Has flexible working hours on a daily basis, plus you can get to choose what day you would like to go on office as long as you get to complete the required 8 days onsite schedule. Benefits is also good, you have 14th month, STI/profit sharing, allowances, etc. and a shuttle service from different pickup loc. Office has a versatile setup in which you could freely choose and has unlimited coffee, also there is a different kinds of indoor games you could use while on break. Facilities are good.
Cons
Salary pay is way to little than other multinational companies. even though you have the experience still it also depends on your acquired license or certification. Also, environment depends on the team you are in.
