      Pros

      Bayer generally is a great employer and treats it’s employees very well.

      Cons

      Currently the company is going through an existential crisis due to the thousands of lawsuits, making them have to layoffs and not fill open positions. Also they are flattening the structure to opportunities for career growth and not clear right now.

      Great work life balance, 3 weeks of vacation per year + 5 days of personal holidays + 1 week for Christmas, 10% 401k match, $550 contributed towards HSA each year,

      Cons

      The stock and cash flow has been wildly unstable for a few years. Bonuses have had wild swings.
