Pros

None. A good place to find first hand the experience of working in a toxic work environment.

Cons

Upper management is incompetent and does not listen to techs. Promotions are hard to come by and are not based on merit nor hard work. The monthly finance meeting that is open to all employees does not portray the reality of the company's finances. Company employee retention rate is null. Starting salary is very underestimated, and management will exploit employees to work overtime without proper pay. Policies of the company only benefit the business without considering the effects on their employees. Summary: Use the company for a temporary place to work until you can find another place to build a career.

Pros

I’ve had a positive experience working remote. My direct management has been very clear about their expectations for my role. The workload is manageable. My coworkers are kind and passionate individuals who are always available to assist when I have questions.

Cons

The company has expanded so rapidly lately, and I’m uncertain what the future of my role will look like. New tasks are offloaded frequently to my team.

Pros

Ok medical insurance, not too expensive

Cons

Aggressive environment, everything is rule based, tight control over employees, multiple status reports to different lines of management on what you do weekly. No work and life balance, unreasonable expectations, have to work nights and weekends for a pay that's below average.
