      Pros

      -Environment - Management Style - Care the providers give- the doctors and NP I work with truly care for their patients - Excellent benefits - Overall feeling of inclusiveness of all employees

      Cons

      - Salary - inability to flex hours - tuition reimbursement is low ($2500/yr) - clinical ladder is a joke for CM - such a big deal if you want to transfer/move

      Pros

      Pay range is well even for starting out

      Cons

      Not much diversity at all, most employees are of European decent or MIXED. Wouldn't recommend this dept for people who aren't of euro or mixed race. Confidentiality goes out the window, CM's are not team players, Manager cannot lead a team effectively. Too much personal life talk within staff, makes it hard to focus on work when colleagues are busy gathering personal info about you.
