Racist HR Department - Anonymous employee Baystate Health Employee Review

Baystate HR is extremely racist, they promote only white people. They have diverse employees and they never consider for promotional opportunities. Instead of providing you with tools to be successful they constantly tell you “you don’t have a future here”. They hired someone to a position they have no experience but guess why they were hired, Check her skin color, you guessed it she white. Happened more than 4 times in the last 3-4 years. The Director loves to intimidate her team, if you don’t have blonde hair or white she won’t pay give you the time or day. Leadership in hr is a joke.
