Pros

I definitely learned a lot. It is what you make of it. There's some bad management but my manager was amazing. Overall I had a positive experience and working there allowed me to get to the next step in my career.

Cons

It's a revolving door. The best people leave. If get a bad boss you're gonna be miserable.

In general, many coworkers are intelligent and hard-working. I have learned and grown a lot.

Cons

Extremely poor work-life balance. Frequent expectation to work past normal hours and always respond late at night. Unclear expectations and a lack of healthy communication
