Pros

The team is top notch and really cares about each other and their customers. Remote first work environment

Cons

Pay is below average. Severe management flaws: untrustworthy, broken promises, lack of direction, lack of transparency, joy in creating a toxic environment of yes - men. Espousing work life balance, then requiring unpaid overtime in complete disregard of their message. Offshoring surpasses promotions.

In general, many coworkers are intelligent and hard-working. I have learned and grown a lot.

Cons

Extremely poor work-life balance. Frequent expectation to work past normal hours and always respond late at night. Unclear expectations and a lack of healthy communication
