When I write about the Beacon's "culture," I am talking about the committment to doing the right thing under any circumstances. As an employee, I feel empowered to make decisions that I know will not produce a financial gain (and may even cost money), but for the sake of the people involved, must happen. This attitude begins with senior level leadership, and is preached throughout the organization. Since joining Beacon 6 years ago, it has proven to be a great fit for me.
