During the COVID-19 pandemic, Beacon implemented changes in policy and working environments aimed at protecting and supporting both residents and team members. As a part of doing right by our employees, Beacon’s leadership team made a commitment to maintain current personnel when stay at home mandates were implemented at the state level. During this period, performance-related matters were handled in the traditional manner and are not a reflection of Beacon’s commitment to current personnel. Communication is critical, especially during this pandemic and times of uncertainty. We have and will continue to host company-wide bi-weekly calls and distribute updated FAQs and CEO updates to be clear and transparent. We genuinely value team member feedback and promote open communication at all levels of the organization.
