Lots of changes - Maintenance Tech Beacon Communities LLC Employee Review

After almost 14 years with Beacon i decide to move to another state and i will tell you that big main office is so different ,they used to care about employees they even know you by name no matter what position you are since Big names are no longer with the company is just all buisness or just care by people close to main office .I didnt got a call or a email saying thank you for more that 10 years been loyal to beacon even that i sent a email to the president of the company explaining my reasons and tell her how thankfull i was with the compay .sad to see how they change and sad to see a nice company acr like that with employes .Lots of changes latetly in snow removal policies not telling no one and fighting with employees even when they didnt change the policy in the system .with prove of company policies in writting the employees were wrong anyway .anyway it was great but is more buisnes now .in the site i work is a big division betwen office and maintenace ,barley any communication .
