Pros
Beacon is like a big happy family. They really care for their employees and are always looking for ways to improve as a company. I have hired and recommended several people to Beacon and will continue to do so. I have worked for companies that don't really care what their employees have to say, but Beacon is the total opposite. There is so much opportunity to grow and advance here. I truly love working for Beacon!! My referrals say the same, Beacon is an awesome company to work for!!
Cons
A lot of work at times. Sometime I don't think that the Home Office understands at it's entirety what it takes to be at the site level. There's a lot to do on a daily basis, but with hard work and extra hours, it gets done. Despite it all, it's still a great place to work.
