Pros
I didn't think it was possible to work a job that I genuinely love and enjoy until I started working at Beacon. Because of my previous work situation, I honestly thought that I had chosen the wrong career & wasted four years of time/money on a degree that I no longer wanted to pursue - but Beacon gave me a fresh start and renewed my confidence that this is the right career for me. I now LOVE what I do and have rediscovered the passion I always knew I had. Everyone, especially management, cares about their employees - and hears you out if you have a concern, suggestion, etc. Everyone works so hard and it's a great atmosphere to be in - you WANT to be productive here and management definitely rewards employees for doing so (great work-life balance.) It's very inspiring - a truly unique culture that I'm very honored and excited to be a part of. The work we do is extremely fulfilling and rewarding.
Cons
It's hard to think of any cons immediately off the top of my head. I think there are only challenges - but they aren't necessarily negative.
