Dear Property Manager, First of all, thank you so much for your positive feedback. We are proud to promote within as much as possible and are glad that you have had the opportunity to grow with Beacon. Please know that we are actively working to reduce property work load. To make this happen we are hiring new positions at the home office so that we can centralize some work that is currently being done at the property level. This will enable everyone at Beacon to take more advantage of our generous vacation package and the new, for 2015, Summer Swing Schedule (taking Fridays afternoons off by working extra hours during the week).
