This agency takes majority aggressive behavioral clients vs, medically needy clients but you will also be changing /toileting / transferring 4 - 5 clients a day , 3-4 times a day . Their firing procedures are also unethical . Even for minor things , You don’t get ant chances or a warning . You Simply get suspended, while they investigate and then they terminate you. Just feels like they don’t care for their employees at all . They are always firing people which makes the program short staffed , causing others to do several jobs that aren’t their own. They constant fire without having a replacement and it cause the staff that’s there to over compensate and do the formers person’s job. It’s
