Pros
Corporate experience and regular hours.
Cons
Everything else. Dishonest management. They will pull at your puppet strings constantly and repeatedly fail to deliver on their end. They will flat out lie to you to get what they want. There is no teamwork, just individuals trying to make themselves look better. They will work you to the bone. You'll probably do two or three other jobs and consistently work over 40 hours a week without a salary increase. Not to mention of course that the salaries are well below the lowest point in the spectrum of industry standards. In the end, they won't even say thank you when you finally decide to call it quits. They'd rather let the hard working good employees go than address the turnover issues. They simply chalk it up to a pay issue. Let me make this clear, yes, the majority of the employees that leave are going to companies and positions that pay much better. However, that's simply because everyone else pays better. The real question they need to address is why all their staff is looking for new jobs in the first place. I assure you, pay is not the first, second, or third reason. I gave my two weeks notice after several years and various accomplishments (that were outside of my duties and self-initiated to improve the company) and they sent me home the same day, just to save themselves money by not paying me the two weeks salary. Wow. Bottom line, they're not professional or ethical in the least. Don't come here unless you need an entry level or dead end job. The one good thing that came from my experience is that working here gave me the motivation to become self-employed.
