Pros
Nice co workers Surface level view of multiple parts of the company
Cons
1. Little to no training in any of my rotations 2. As a trainee I was promised the opportunity to learn planning and buying but when inquired about continuing training that was started for planning was denied, without a solid reason 3. High turnover rate, especially for Merch Assistant 4. Over worked and underpaid 5. Management can be condescending Disclaimer: The program was “terminated” once Covid hit in March but they still told us that we would still be treated like MTPs as far as learning and development”.... Multiple people would cry at their desks from being over worked and having little to no training. Management was condescending. I was promised the opportunity to learn planning and buying but when inquired about continuing my training that was started for planning was denied, because I wasn’t “perfect”, but also never received training and my team didn’t help develop me when I asked for ways to improve. They tend to pick favorites and even then will not move up people who deserve the promotions. The program is great in theory but there was no direction or structure so nobody ever knew what was going on. The next round for the program has been simplified to people working in a store for 2months instead of hitting all 3 areas of store ops, MA, and analyst guarantees so that’s misleading. Goodluck to the next few who accept
