Pros
Interesting and disruptive technology in the consumer world (product is already established in the industrial world).
Cons
-Poor management of the Sales Team with little guidance, training, or knowledge transfer. The sales management is in over their head. -The C-Suite overestimates their people skills (w/ employees, the public, and media) -Marketing is too focused on growing the c-suite's personal brand and not the company. To employees, this can be interpreted that they may be more interested in selling the company than growing a healthy long-term business. -They have no problem over-working people. In true Silicon Valley form, they are trying to hack work efficiency. This constant introduction of new (and sometimes competing) ideas leads to over-worked employees with little-to-no life balance. In addition to this, they use overwork as a tool to push out employees rather than employee improvement plans. -Ethical Issues: The robots are able to collect MASSIVE amounts of data on what they see and hear around them. It is hard to tell if the real product is the robot or the data that it collects.
