Pros

Good benefits with healthcare and 401k. Descent commission based off of surveys if you work hard. Can make your schedules but job is very demanding.

Cons

Low pay. High stress. Commission can be good, but is very difficult as it’s based solely on survey response. Often times, bad surveys are a result of something out of your control. You are penalized for bad surveys. Due to budget constraints, I couldn’t get any new company shirts after a year working there so had to buy my own and make it up in my gas reimbursement. You are just a number and everything you do is only about numbers. They don’t appreciate their employees. I saw long time, and good employees be let go due to budgeting constraints. There’s very little to no opportunity for advancement. Lateral advancement is rare. Any work related payments you do are reimbursed- gas, material, customer gift cards, etc. So you’re essentially in constant debt to Beazer. It is a very demanding job. You can essentially work your own schedule but case loads are almost always high.
