Pros

Good Salary and co-workers were very nice. Office In Atlanta was attractive, even if overcrowding caused games of 'musical desks." Ample parking. The cafeteria in the building wasn't entirely gross. Good health insurance.

Cons

Bait and switch on hiring. Recruiter gave me no good information and was very more concerned about placing me than about making sure that it was a good fit. When I let her know I was terminated, she promised to help me find a new gig, and I've never heard from her again. I was hired as a specialist for a particular system, with NO experience as a BA. I interviewed with 6 people. From the first month I was put on a performance plan and told "You just don't think like a BA." Well, that may be, but it's not like I hid that fact or didn't explicitly say that I needed a learning curve. Three additional systems were given to be responsible for, that I had never heard of, let alone worked with. Walked on eggshells the entire time with 3 or 4 different people evaluating me and nitpicking every little thing. I was a nervous wreck. Probably the worst job experience I've ever had. I discovered that there have been 3 other people in the position before me, within a 12 month period. Down right lied to about why my predecessor had left. I still have nightmares about the experience and I'm thinking seriously about taking it off my resume.
